This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The team is friendly knowledgeable and sincere. There was never any hint of pressure and not once did they portray the stereotypical worst persona we have likely all experienced on the same street. The Mgr. Brian and his staff take a lot of pride in being a family owned dealership and it showed in the 3 visits I made before buying. I chose to buy at Valencia Acura not only because the MDX was amazing and competitively priced, but because of the way my family was treated. Brian, Dee, Nick and team thank you!

Matt Randall is one of the most honest car salesmen I’ve had the pleasure speaking with. Even though I did not end up purchasing the Integra cause I did not want a turbocharged car and ended up with a different car. I would definitely recommend him as your salesperson at Acura! He’s genuine and will try his hardest to help you get in the car you want!

I had been shopping for well over 6 months for a new car. I knew what I wanted, the negotiating was the problem. Dealership markups are crazy right now and it’s even worse when you walk in. You just know you’re not getting a good deal. Until I came across here. Once I found the RDX that I wanted, Tina helped me out. Mind you I was still going back and forth with 3 different dealerships and yet none of them could come close to here. Tina never made me feel pressured or gave me any fluff with any “deal.” You know, the deal that really isn’t a deal but they hope you haven’t done your research and accept. No matter how many I reached out to, this dealership gave me the best price. I felt welcomed and signing was easy. She didn’t try to sell me any more stuff. I felt good about my experience here and I love my car. I definitely recommend this dealership.

The service advisor is rude and dismissive. Took my Acura in to replace the tire pressure sensors and trans mission service. When I got it back, one of the tires had a slow leak. So I took it back to the same service advisor, he dismissed the problem by saying they are not experts on tire leaks and suggested I take it by to a tire shop next door.
Just recently I checked the transmission fluid level. It is low. The dealer did not put sufficient oil into the transmission.
Suffice it to say, I’m done with this service department looking for the next closest Acura dealer for my next service need.

Just bought my 2024 MDX A-SPEC from Randall H.
Was in and out in record speed!
Made the upgrade from a previous Honda seamless and felt like VIP.
Shout out to the finance office and staff there, cool/chill atmosphere from my point of view. =)
