I had an amazing experience at this large and professional BMW dealership today when picking up my new 540i. Jerry, my dealer, provided professional and patient service throughout the entire process. Despite the fact that we come from different linguistic backgrounds, Jerry made every effort to communicate in the simplest and most effective way possible.
When we encountered an issue with insurance, he didn’t just leave it to me to figure out but proactively sought safe and efficient solutions. He always tried to provide a range of options, making the process stress-free so I could focus on choosing the car I loved the most.
The chocolate in the store was great, and the manager, Kevin, was very friendly. Highly recommend this dealership for an exceptional experience!

Left my 2015 BMW M3 with their service department for a major service which lasted 10+ days to come back and find they curbed the BBS LM wheel along with the front bumper. They tried to stage to vehicle in a manner so I wouldn't notice it upon pick up! See photos...
I started the claim with dealership upon inspection at pick up. The service director accepted the claim without any hassle, but now they are attempting to ignore my repair estimates.
Update as of 1/10/2025:
Dealership continues to ignore me. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails to the their GM, service director, and service advisor.
This is a very sketchy place to take your vehicle for service. I even discovered at pick up that the M3’s mileage at check-in and the mileage at check out were off by nearly 200 miles! I took photos. Will post those soon…
I’ve documented all incidents with my insurance company and legal action will likely be next course of action. Filing report with BAR as well.

Dealership has accepted responsibility to pay for the damages. The name of the corporation that owns this dealership is VALENCIA B. IMPORTS, INC. and their Secretary of State ID is 2546911.

Very Tricky
If you are a trusting person by nature, be careful when you enter this dealership.
I went into Valencia BMW to purchase an M3, accepted their asking price, put down a deposit. They expressed that they wanted me to drive home that car that day, and they can bring my car home for me.
I told the salesperson that I can drive off with the M3, and I will give him a check for the remaining balance as soon as he arrives my home with my old car that same day.
All being agreed, they started prepping the car.
Then, the Finance Manager Mr. Eddie Ahmadie came out to greet me, smiling, he said politely "you have a 800 credit score, I would finance it, if I were you”, and "Just pay off the principal when you receive the first bill, you need not pay any interest anyway", I declined his offer.
As I was walking their lot and showroom waiting for my car, Eddie came out again twice and asked me to finance it, twice assuring me that I will not have to pay one cent more; twice I firmly declined.
When the car was ready, the salesman Russel Karimi brought me to Eddie's office to sign more paperwork, Eddie just pushed a financing agreement in front of me, he DID NOT show or explain anything. I told him “I am paying cash instead”, to which he replied: 'you will not have to pay interest if you pay off the principal when you receive the first bill', I told him again I'll pay off with a check when Russel comes to my house that same day, Eddie ignored my request and just said: "I thought you have agreed to this”, and continued with “it took me a long time to fill out this form”, and “it will take a long time for me to re-do everything”…seemingly implying another long wait could be in store for me if I insist.
Eddie reassured me for a 5th and a 6th time that I will not have to pay one cent more. Again he said: "Just pay off the principal when you receive the bill from BMW Financing Services". He was so insistent.
Then, we talked about the ex-owner/investor of the dealership Mr. Bob R., who had been a dear friend of mine…. Eddie chuckled and said: “Bob’s daughtor and granddaughtor still work here”….
Now Valencia BMW is part of Auto Nation.
I did not want my caution to spoil my memory for my late friend Bob. I accepted Eddie’s arrangement reluctantly based on his assurances and based on my faith in a BMW dealership.
I received a bill 2 weeks later with interest applied, I called BMW Financing Services, they said the only way for me to pay off the whole thing is for me to pay off the principle plus $423.87 in interest before it goes up again. I talked to Eddie, Eddie said he will talk to BMW, and then he told me on the next call saying: "BMW agreed that you just have to pay $200.00 for interest instead of $423.87, and Valencia BMW will reimburse you", and that “BMW will have my discussion with them on $200.00 on the screen when they talk to you”.
I then called BMW Financing, the representative told me twice over the phone that they never agreed to what Eddie said, and they did NOT have a record of the "$200.00 discussion" Eddie asserted, and that they will not deal with Eddie, AND they can only work with me. So, I FedEx’ed a cashier’s check to BMW and paid off the principal plus $423.87.
To this day, after being given a runaround and a number of unreturned texts and e-mails, I still have not received my $423.87.
Each time I contacted Eddie, he would just tell me his sales manager Greg Poland will take care of it, Greg did first tell me 'we'll take care of it', then it changed to 'we'll have to do due diligence on this', then it changed to other reasons I don't even want to mention here.
When I sent Eddie an email again, he’d just forward it to Greg. And Greg would just not answer my polite nudging.
I am not sure if Valencia BMW will ever give me back the money their Finance Manager Eddie assured me that I would never loose.
