EDIT: After bringing my shoes back in to show the damages that had occurred to my boots, they were more then happy to explain what happened. They were very patient and understanding of my frustration. They explained to me why the dent in the heel is there (which is due to the fact that the lining on the inside has ripped and when they patched over it the dent was caused). They were also more than happy to offer solutions to the scratches, which was them buffing them out. I will be honest I'm leaving my original reaction up since that is genuinely how upset I felt, but after talking with them and getting information I feel much better about the situation and how it was handled. I personally never want to go in and demand a refund, I only want to understand and gain a solution to the problem.
I really can't stress enough how grateful I am and appreciative to the guy I spoke with. He was super kind and understanding, and he made sure that I felt heard and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend going here for repairs.

There are deep scratches, stains, stitchings now coming undone, the patches were put in backwards, the patch in one shoe is coming out and my boots I have taken great care of and loved for 20 years are now completely un-wearable. To say I am furious is an understatement.

Great service at a reasonable price. I needed the sole of a boot repaired, and he reinforced the entire sole, not just the broken part. It took a few days to get the boot back, but I assume it was due to waiting for the glue to set, and now it's as good as new. I really appreciate having a good shoe repair place in town!

Bought this hat there & it was defective. They refused to exchange it so they repaired it & the repair looks like a 5 year old sewed it. Also they didn’t even sew it where the hole was. When I questioned the hole not being sewn they told me to just not touch the hole.

Went in with a zipper broken on my hobo purse. Charges were $55.00 told was going to replace zipper on my expensive hobo purse. came back and zipper was not replace tooth on zipper fixed but never the same. He sz he replaced zipper ask for old zipper could not find. I am not that stupid. will never put my shoes or purse in that place again. he lied to me. went to another shoe store and was told the work he did would have only been $6.00 to repair. I was so taken for a ride.

I took him a short boot that the zipper didn't work on it. His son told me the zipper needs to be changed I agreed it was about $28 when I picked up the boots I wore it the next day the zipper ripped again.I went back to him and said I thought the zipper was changed it ripped he said he'll change it again now I come back to pick it up he lies and says I never paid for the boot and I need to pay again. The truth is he lied and he never changed the boot. Disgusted by the service. Be careful people and he is a CASH business so no way of proving I paid since he doesn't accept any other method of payment just cash.
