I came here to get an oil change on July 19, 2025. It was my first time here because it's close to my house. 41 days later my car had not 1 drop of oil in it and I don't drive my car excessively. My next oil change wasn't due till Oct. 17. I went back to show them and my car wasn't close to the mileage they had on the sticker they place in your window for when your next oil change is due. As a matter of fact, the mileage on my car was very low. I've had my oil changed in the past by Jiffy Lube and Discount tires and never had an issue. My car is a 2014 Chevy Volt(Hybrid) and my car gets an oil change every 5000 miles. It wasn't even at the 3000 mile mark and I had not 1 drop of oil? I wouldn't give them any stars if I could but I have no choice. I ended up going to Jiffy Lube the next day to get another Oil Change after Valvoline claimed to have topped up the oil. I will never have my car serviced by them ever again. Please be careful if you go to this establishment. If you love your car, please don't take it here. I think they didn't use full synthetic oil on my car.

I received excellent oil change service when I stopped by. They also checked my cabin air filter and it was filthy so I got that changed too. I feel they are very honest and I like the fact women work there too. A lot of attention to detail and very polite and friendly! Very fast!

Second time I've been here and not going back. I told them just an oil change and they started taking apart my engine bay and upcharging me for a "maintenance check". Took a lot longer because they unbolted a lot of things I never asked for. They put the wrong coolant in my car and left oil and grease handprints all over my car. Had to wash it when I got home. Costs me $115 when all I wanted was an oil change. Do not recommend unless you want them to inspect your entire car. Poor quality of service
