The service was unsatisfactory. I requested to exchange twenty-dollar bills for five-dollar bills at the bank; however, my request was denied. I was informed that an account was necessary to perform such transactions, which seems unnecessary considering the amount involved.

This morning 11/25/25 I believe I was profiled at this location. I was depositing money into the outdoor ATM and the security guard just stood there and watched me from inside the store. Another woman was trying to get inside the building and he wouldn’t let her inside until I walked away back into my car. This was so awkward and pathetic paranoid behavior. I am officially switching to a credit union, and this experience officially set it in stone

I have been to this branch 2 times and that was too many.I had an issue here that customer service got involved.The final letter had incorrect information and said sorry if it wasn't to my satisfaction. My satisfaction was pulling all the money out and going to BMO my previous bank.From all the bad reviews about this bank and the way people are treated is a factor on if you want to bank at this branch.One of the sentences in this letter stated "We based our lending decision on our credit policies and procedures, not on your personal characteristics".Well first of all I was trying to withdraw money out of my account.I wasn't trying to get a loan so what does this have to do with anything.And secondly if I told you they were rude both and that was response then you were covering for the employees and not addressing the situation.Read the reviews..........Bad Customer Service........

Understaffed. Hours have been condensed since covid, closed Saturdays and earlier at night. Nice people but corporate greed and indifference will be pushing me to a different bank soon. I don't need the aggravation of waiting 20-30 min every time I have a business deposit to make.

Bad customer service. Difficult to get help, long wait times, and no real solutions offered. The manager is horrible
