I pre-ordered wings for Super Bowl Sunday with a scheduled 2:30pm pickup. I arrived early at 2:00pm and was told it would be about an hour. I came back at 3:00pm and was told another 30 minutes. I came back again and was told another hour. The store was packed with people waiting and clearly overwhelmed.
I understand Super Bowl is busy — but if you can’t handle the volume, don’t keep taking orders. Taking pre-orders and then pushing customers back repeatedly is unacceptable.
I asked for a refund and was given a receipt showing “void.” However, I checked my Amex and the refund was never processed. I’ve tried calling several times — no one answers. The one time I did get someone on the phone, they told me to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager.
Terrible communication, poor planning, and now I’m chasing my own refund. Completely unacceptable experience.

I remember why why I hadn’t eaten there in a while! Went online and had a promotion for 10 classic wings and 10 boneless wings. We added couple of orders of tenders and fries but it didn’t give me an option to make the bone in portion flat or cook extra. I called the location to see if I can order over the phone and he says he doesn’t have the same specials in store but he can charge me the extra $1.80 or something at the store and make them that’s and would cook the wings extra to make them crispy. I reiterated that last time I got wings they were not overcooked like I had asked and to make sure this time they were. He assured me they will be and asked me to come in 25 minutes.
When I show up to pick up the wings he charges me the extra which was fine and when I asked him if they were done extra he deaf-eared me at first, went and spoke to the crew for an extended period of time and comes back says yes they’re done extra but not super extra!!! I’m like what the heck is super extra, I just don’t want them not crispy and he says they’re fine. I get home and of course they’re not!!!! I call the store and he says if you want them crispy you need to order them plain and order sauce on the side!!! I inform him my buddy orders Lemon pepper all the time for our poker game and it’s always good and crispy. He says I’ll check and I’m on hold forever so I just hang up. Should have remembered why I hadn’t been there for a while, always some issue with their website or food never prepared the way you asked them to.

Always have problems with the drinks for some reason the machine never works especially with diet drinks and on top of that the employees dont offer any solution or show any initiative to bring forth any type of compensation or remorse its annoying to other before hand when im working trying to be quick and I have to now wait to get my money back (while having to ask for it) and still leave without a drink for my food its ridiculous if u can't get drinks right idk what else to say shame on this establishment I might not return if I do it will not be food for me especially drinks yes i am a bit mad but mostly disappointment

Great Service From Ricardo and the team, really helpful and professional, even on a bussy Saturday Ricardo and the team helped me and provided excellent service with being super busy with orders, Ricardo made sure to give great individual customer service even tough being super bussy with alot of orders. great service and customer care thank you for great experience will be back!

I'm sorry, but is sweeping tabletops a thing? I was pretty horrified to see the guy do this. And it's not like my family and I were outside eating and I walked in on the act. Oh no. Whilst waiting for our order, which took quite a bit of time in itself, considering it was 3pm and we were the only ones in the place, the worker came out and casually just lifted up the broom that was just previously sweeping the floor, and swept....yep, you heard it....the * table *.
