I had an outstanding experience at Zack Dental and can’t say enough good things about the team—especially Tony, Carmen, and Vivian.
From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. Carmen was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking to make sure I was doing okay and making the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. Vivian was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly.
It’s rare to find a dental office where the staff is this caring, patient, and organized. They truly work as a team and it shows in the quality of care and the positive atmosphere in the office.
If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism, I highly recommend Zack Dental. This team makes going to the dentist a genuinely pleasant experience.

What happened to building relationships with your clients? Today was my first time going to this location and I had my X-rays done. The older gentleman who had helped me seemed to be in a rush. While taking X-rays he kept moving me in a rough manner, at one point hitting my mouth with the lead apron.
After my X-rays, I was put into another room. There was a tv in front of me and a lady joined the zoom. She looked as if she had just gotten out of bed and had the nastiest attitude. She had a messy bun, was wearing a regular T-shirt and you can see her neck tattoo. I think her name was Dahlia or Deliah. The dentist then joins the zoom and asks me what is going on with my teeth. I mentioned that I was having pain. Whenever he would ask me a question, I tried to explain but then he would say “I didn’t ask that” with an attitude. He constantly interrupted me when I would talk with another question. Mind you during the whole zoom the lady would sigh and roll her eyes. Because of the dental’s “high technology”, I was told that I had to pay for something called an (SDF) Liner out of pocket because my Medi-Cal does not cover it. Me and the dentist said our goodbyes, and it was just me and the lady on the zoom. She told me that I needed to give her my card information over the zoom for the SDF Liner in order to proceed with the appointment. I told her that I needed some time to think about this, knowing that I will not come back. With an annoyed look, she says “Ok girl whenever you’re ready”.
Nobody there had given me a proper greeting, and I did not feel like anyone was interested in what I had to say or how I felt. I did not feel comfortable proceeding with an operation based on some X-rays that were taken. The dentist did not even have the decency to look at my teeth in person, and just wanted to rush and have me pay for an operation. How would I even know if the information that is given to me is accurate? The last dental office that I had went to told me that I needed partial crowns while this office is telling me that I don’t. Even if what this office is telling me is accurate, I would not want to pay money or be a patient a location where the workers do not have basic customer service skills.

Dr. Amna and the entire team at the Zak dental office are absolutely amazing! Five stars just isn’t enough! I had an issue that required several visits, today was my first visit , first impression last long , they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their commitment to making sure I was truly happy with the results was incredible. I am so grateful for Dr. Amna and her team, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!

Awful establishment. Only 3 doctors and 1 office manager across 3 different locations. No doctors onsite. Examinations done virtually on a screen. After waiting 2 hours, I had to leave because I was still fourth in line, and was not happy to know that the doctor would only be calling in for our appointment. No office manager onsite either. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable and had to text the office manager with any and all questions. During the time I was there waiting, there were numerous patients complaining about faulty products that were offered to them by the doctor.

I took my nephews here recently and it was great. The younger one isn’t too fond of Dentists but he was made comfortable and accommodated. He really liked the assistant there and overall their service. I’m glad I was able to find an office for my nephews and with an office that cares about their patients. Thank you for your service and for being great.
