Only came here because my son needed a backpack and wanted one specific style from here, we were never greeted nor acknowledged, much less asked if we were finding everything we needed. I believe there were two younger gentlemen working and they were just talking to some friends. I understand they are young and just need a basic job but then we went to check out and the guy took FOREVER to help us still while just talking to his friends, very unprofessional. I don't expect the world to revolve around me but some common customer service etiquette would of been nice.

The crew at the Zumies here at the Valencia Town Center Mall were very helpful and ready to assist with the items we were looking for. I also ordered some Champion Slides online, and picked them up at the store. Jasmine was the one who helped me over the phone, and when I showed up, she was there waiting and ready with my order with a big smile! 😁 Will definitely be coming back to to this store again, pending this Corona Virus mess.

Love coming here to just check out the boards and talk shop with the workers there and just go back and forward in skate talk about boards and discovered skaters or upcoming amateur and pro skaters. Plus I love hanging out for so long I get confused for an employee, love to still help out and give advice but when it comes down to it I let them know that I'm not an employee and can't help them any further then talking shop.

Out of all the stores that I called, this was the most helpful and the nicest. Ray was so informative and willing to help me out with an exchange even though her store was only open for curbside pickup. Absolutely my favorite place to get any of my skating needs.
